Dr. Seuss, The Writer That Everyone Loved
When you were young, one of the things we love is to read or hear stories. Maybe you love to read comics, or maybe a children's book before bed. Whatever reason you may have, we all love books that are colorful and those stories that seem exciting for our age back then. Although I have many books at home, I became interested in the works of Theodore Seuss Geisel, or popularly known as Dr. Seuss
Theodore Geisel was an American writer. He was also a cartoonist. His mother gave birth to him in Springfield, Massachusetts. He published over 60 children's books which he written under the pen names Theo. LeSieg, Rosetta Stone, and his famous pen name Dr, Seuss. The most popular works of Dr. Seuss are “Green Eggs And Ham”, “The Cat In The Hat”, and “How The Grinch Stole Christmas”.
Geisel studied at Springfield's Central High School for his secondary level studies and Dartmouth College for his degree. He joined “Dartmouth Jack-O-Lantern”, which is a humor magazine, during his college days. He eventually became the Editor-in-chief of the said magazine.
Some of his stories have been adapted on TV specials, feature films, and a Broadway musical, which is a testament on how popular his works are. Suffering throat cancer and many other complications, Geisel died on September 24, 1991 on San Diego, California.
Even in todays world, Dr. Seuss works has remained famous. His books “The Cat In The Hat”, “How The Grinch Stole Christmas”, and “Green Eggs and Ham” have become very well known children's books. His books are so well known, it is common to see things featuring characters from his works. Even during Halloweens, I sometimes see children wearing costumes of characters from Dr. Seuss stories, like Cat In The Hat Costumes, or the Grinch costumes. I love to see children wearing a Grinch costume or Cat In The Hat Costumes during Halloweens, for they look so cute.
Theodore Geisel has truly become a legend. His works and stories has become a part of our history. Without his works, I think that we would be boring ourselves to death. His works bring joy and laughter to little children and sometimes adults too. Young and old, almost all kinds of people appreciate his works. Dr. Seuss works really captured our hearts, that's for sure.

What do they sell at the Lion King Broadway Musical?
Ok, I'm am going to see the Lion King Broadway Musical with my drama club in January at the Majestic Theater in San Antonio. I'm trying to figure out how much I should take. The school is paying for food and transportation w/ the money that the student are paying to go. SO I just need to take money for souvenirs. My question is, what do they sell at the theater for souvenirs and how much do they cost?
Answer:
they would sell like tshirts, magnets, keychains, mugs, cds, extended playbills with all pictures from the show. i would probably bring between 30 and 50 dollars if you're looking to buy something big, because that's generally around what a clothing item will cost. have fun!
